2016 has come to an end and it’s always fun to look back and check what we’ve accomplished. I set up my goal for 50 books, which for me was a lot, and I did it! Of course, not all the books were favorites, so I wanted to share with you the ones that I truly loved here.
It was hard, but I narrowed them down as much as I could and divided them into two categories: Novels and Others. They are in no particular order and I only put the first book of the series because I’m lazy (sorry). Let’s check them out!

Thankfully, December was a lot better than November reading and blogging wise. I dedicated the entire month to catch up with ARCs and requested reviews and, even though I’m still behind, I think I did a good job. Especially since the holidays are always a crazy time. So, let’s see how December went!

Another month came and went! November wasn’t the best month of the year, was it? A certain election shook the world. My reading and blogging slump was real. Despite not working full-time anymore, I couldn’t achieve much because I couldn’t concentrate on anything. However, it wasn’t all bad. I celebrated my birthday! Well… I was actually sick on my birthday and had to spend it in bed, but I celebrated a bit anyway. And then the Gilmore Girls revival came, which I was so excited about, but it sort of disappointed me. Overall, November kinda sucked, but that’s okay! Ups and downs, right? December holds promise ❄☃🌲

October came and went so fast! I joined Lauren’s 👻 Halloween Readathon 🎃, so I’ll be including my wrap-up for that in here as well. I was in a bit of a blogging slump because I had so much else to do, so sitting down to write a discussion post became impossible. I couldn’t even think of topics. Hopefully, now that I’m not working full-time, November will go better in that front! Also, I’m hoping to focus on ARCs and requested reviews this month, because I’ve neglected them until now (sorry!). But for the moment, let’s check how October went 😊

September was a crazy month. It had good things and bad things, but let’s not get into them. I fell into a bit of a reading and blogging slump and wasn’t able to sit down and write all the reviews I planned to. But, on the other hand, I reached 300 followers, which I’m really thankful for! 🙂 Let’s see how I really read and blogged this month:

August wasn’t the best of months, so I’m sort of glad is over and I can think of September as a clean slate. I couldn’t really concentrate on anything I was doing, so I didn’t read much. I had to take a blogging hiatus on the last week because I wasn’t able to write anything. But I think I’m back on track now, at least I hope so. Let’s see how August actually went down.

July was a busy busy month and I couldn’t read as much as I wanted because it was my first month on a full time job. Still, I read two amazing books and two not-so-great ones and I’m happy with that. As for the blog… well, I neglected my Genre Exploration series because I’m a little stuck with the next post I’m planning. But let’s not mind that, let’s see my July 2016 monthly wrap-up!

This is my first ever wrap-up post! Last month I wasn’t able to do it because… well, because I didn’t realize the month had ended. It flew by. This time I was ready! June was a very busy month, but good nonetheless. I enjoyed my reads and I think I finally got the hang of this blogging thing, even though I might fail sometimes. But let’s not waste any more time, let’s go straight to it. Here’s my June 2016 monthly wrap-up:
